Welcome to Monster Haulers. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing a rental order or using any of our services.
1. Services
Monster Haulers provides roll-off dumpster rentals and landscape product delivery services to residential and commercial customers in Logan, Utah and surrounding Cache Valley communities. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Reservations & Booking
Reservations may be made online via our booking form, by phone at (435) 294-2990, or by email at [email protected]. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from Monster Haulers. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
- 14-Yard Dumpster: starting at $225 (tax included)
- 20-Yard Dumpster: starting at $285 (tax included)
- Disposal fee: $0.035 per pound based on actual landfill weight
- Additional rental days: $20 per day
- Landscape delivery pricing varies by material and quantity
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Final charges are based on actual disposal weight as determined by the landfill. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional Dump Fee: If the dumpster needs to emptied during your rental period, an additional dump fee will apply. The fee is $225 for a 14-Yard dumpster and $285 for a 20-Yard dumpster. This fee applies each time the dumpster is emptied and returned during the rental period.
4. Rental Period
The standard rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Extensions are available at $20 per additional day and must be requested in advance by contacting Monster Haulers. Monster Haulers reserves the right to retrieve equipment if rental terms are not met.
5. Prohibited Materials
The following materials are strictly prohibited in Monster Haulers dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste, chemicals, or toxic materials
- Paint, solvents, or flammable liquids
- Batteries (automotive or household)
- Tires
- Asbestos or biohazardous materials
- Electronics (e-waste)
- Propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders
- Medical waste
Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees, removal costs, and the customer will be held responsible for any fines or penalties imposed by regulatory agencies.
6. Weight Limits & Overloading
Dumpsters must not be loaded above the top rim of the container. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be transported safely or legally and will not be picked up until excess material is removed. Additional fees may apply for overloaded containers. The customer is responsible for ensuring the dumpster is not overloaded.
7. Placement & Property Damage
The customer is responsible for designating a safe and accessible placement location for the dumpster. Monster Haulers is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, or other property resulting from dumpster placement or removal. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any required permits for street placement from their local municipality.
Dumpster Relocation Fee: Once the dumpster has been placed at the requested location, it must not be moved by the customer or any third party. Moving the dumpster may result in damage to the dumpster or surrounding property. If the dumpster is moved without authorization, the customer will be responsible for any resulting damages and will be charged a minimum relocation fee of $250, plus any additional repair or recovery costs incurred.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Monster Haulers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. SMS Communications
By opting in to Monster Haulers SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages related to your rental, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Monster Haulers will not share or sell your phone number or SMS consent data to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Limitation of Liability
Monster Haulers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Monster Haulers, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer’s misuse of equipment, disposal of prohibited materials, or violation of these Terms of Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cache County, Utah.
13. Changes to These Terms
Monster Haulers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
